氟啶草酮合成工艺路线的选择

摘    要:对文献报道的氟啶草酮原药合成工艺路线进行了概述,并经实验研究,设计了一条以间三氟甲基苯乙腈为原料的氟啶草酮合成工艺路线,其氟啶草酮总收率达70%以上,含量达99.0%以上,该路线工艺安全、易于工业化。

Abstract:With the fluridone original drug synthesis route reported in the documents, which was summarized in this paper, the author designed an inter trifluoromethyl phenylacetonitrile as raw fluridone synthesis route through experimental research. Simulation results show that fluridone total yield reached more than 70%, with the content arriving at 99.0% or more. The route process is safe and easy to industrialize.
