物联网智能终端实时温控系统设计

摘    要:针对超高频读写器、信息采集和传输节点等物联网智能终端的温控需求,设计了一套多路、高精度实时温控系统。本系统以TQ2440开发板为母板,在Linux操作系统下进行开发,利用开发板自带的A/D通道对温度进行两路采集,通过无线网卡实现数据的传送及上、下位机之间的通信。使用Qt/Embedded设计图形用户控制界面,利用PID控制算法对温度进行调节、反馈,精确控温,能为相关设备实现智能控制提供保障。

Abstract:The paper deals with the design of a set of multi - channel, real time and high precision temperature control system for mission nodes. TQ2440 intelligent terminals of Internet of things like UHF reader, information collection and transas the master mask, the development is based on Linux operating system. Using its own A/D channel for two -way temperature collecting, and the data can be transferred to the PC by a wireless network card, achieving communication between with host computer and slave computer. Using Qt/Embedded graphical control interface and the PID control algorithm to adjust, feedback and precisely control temperature, the system can provide guarantee to realize intelligent control for related equipments.
