| 摘 要： | 我国高等教育经费筹措存在的问题,表现为生均教育经费过低、销售和服务收入形式单一、社会对教育的捐赠数量较少且不稳定、留学生人数相对过少。借鉴国际高等教育经费筹措经验,针对我国高等教育经费筹措的不足,建议增加服务和销售收入,争取私人、社会团体、企业的捐赠以及招收海外留学生等,以增强我国高等教育的经费筹措力度。
