On the Developing Stages of University Counselor's Occupation

From a novice to an expert,a university counselor will successively undergo four stages in his or her profession known as adaptation,maturity,breakthrough,and stability.He or she starts from the cognition of the occupation and the role adjustment in the adaptation period,to the enrichment of knowledge,practice and active reflection in the stage of maturity,and to the breakthrough of routine and self in the stage of breakthrough,and ultimately becomes a steadily developing expert in the team.
