| 摘 要： | 近年来颈椎病已日渐成为影响人体健康的普遍问题之一,运动疗法是一种方便而有效的物理替代疗法,具有巨大的临床应用潜力,但目前对于此方面缺乏系统科学的研究。本文综述分析颈椎病运动疗法的必要性、方法和疗效评定等方面的现状,提出今后应将理论研究与实践更好地结合,可从运动处方研究,探讨机制,为颈椎病的康复提供定量化、科学化的防治方案。
