| 摘 要： | 创新素质包括创新意识、创新能力及创新思维。其中创新思维是创新素质的基础和核心。本文着重分析成人高校教师创新及创新思维的生成和激励条件,指出要从内部和外部两方面入手,促进成人高校教师创新思维的发展,使教师创新活动有较大的提高,成为成人高校改革和发展的动力。

| Abstract: | The innovation quality includes innovation consciousness,innovation thinking and innovation ability.Among the three innovation thinking is the basis and core.The article mainly analyzes the conditions under which Chinese adult college teachers'innovation thinking is shaped and developed.The authors point out that adult college teachers' innovation thinking should,both from the inner and outer aspects,be promoted,refueling the reform and development of adult colleges. |
