农户收入与农村人力资本积累的村级研究

本文分析研究了处于不同年龄段的农村劳动力的就业选择情况,发现由于农业的要素投入报酬低,越来越多的农村新生劳动力选择了离开农村外出就业,造成农村人力资本渐渐失去积累。农村人力资本不断外流同时又得不到有效的补充将影响到我国的农业现代化的实现,文章提出了不断提高农村人力资本积累的对策措施。

A Study on the Peasant Household's Income and Capital Accumulation

This paper analysis the employment situation about different age-groups in rural areas,founding that due to the low pay of agricultural inputs,more and more rural laborers chose to leave the rural employment and go outside the home.The result is human capital accumulation lost.Rural people are continuous draining but lacking an effective supplement,which will surely affect China's agricultural modernization.The author also suggests some methods to increase rural human capital accumulation.
