摘 要: | 进行教学改革,提高教学质量,是学校教学改革实践向学校管理学提出的重要研究课题。按照组织行为学的理解,教学改革属于组织变革的范畴,在组织变革的理论框架中,教学改革的推进涉及改革的过程、阻力、领导及其方法等方面认识和把握。
