| 摘 要： | 不同年龄的人群,带着不同的时代特点。随着＂90后＂新学员进入军校,了解、掌握这一新时代年轻人群体的思想动向,适当调整基层学员队管理方式,从而达到有效管理的目的,是新时期学员管理工作的重要课题。本文列举作者在任职学员队管理干部以及基础课任课教员过程中遇到的实际问题,从消极与积极两方面,思考并提出新的管理理念与手段。

| Abstract: | People of different ages have different characteristics of a certain times.＂Post-90s＂ students are gradually enrolled by military schools,so to know their psychological trend is important in student management in the new times.This paper illustrates the practical problems the writer encountered in practical situation,and proposes new management concept and means based on the reflections on both positive and negative aspects. |
