| 摘 要： | 大学生的专业承诺是指大学生认同所学专业并愿意付出相应努力的积极的态度和行为.影响幼师生专业承诺的因素有来自外界的也有自身的.要提高幼师生的专业承诺水平,一方面要提高幼师的待遇和社会地位:另一方面幼师生也要提高自身的专业素质.这样才能使幼师职业成为一项既自己喜欢又受人尊敬,富有吸引力的职业.
