| 摘 要： | 在高校的人才培养中,大学生思想政治教育工作具有非常重要的地位,如何发挥思想政治教育的功能,提高其实效性,是高校思想政治教育工作者需要面对的现实问题。本文从影响和制约高校思想政治教育的实效性的原因出发,探析提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性对策,使思想政治教育真正成为帮助大学生成长、成材的坚实基础和强大动力。

| Abstract: | In college talent cultivation,ideological and political education possesses an important role.How to give full play to the function of ideological and political education and improve its effectiveness is a realistic problem for college educators. Starting from the restraints of the effectiveness of college ideological and political education, this paper analyzes strategies of improving the ideological and political education of college students, so as to help college students grow healthy and lay solid foundation. |
