| 摘 要： | 当今社会是一个数字化的时代,伴随着信息技术的不断发展,网络技术的高速普及,我国图书馆的管理进入了一个新的高速发展的时期。图书馆作为知识传播的一个重要的平台,在目前的管理过程中存在着诸多的不足,如何通过有效管理优化结构,积极利用信息化、网络化的发展解决自身存在的缺陷,将挑战转化为机遇将是本文研究的重点。

| Abstract: | The current society is a digital age.With the continuing development of information technology,network technology rapidly popularizes.China＇s library management has also entered a new speedy developing period.There exist various shortcomings in the current management of the library.The following aspects are the key points of this research： how to optimize structure with efficient management,the utilization of information and network technology in solving the shortcomings and the transformation of challenges to opportunities. |
