| 摘 要： | 生物学其实就是一门以实验为基础的自然科学,而现代生物科学的发展更加依赖于科学实验。在实验中,如何选择和处理所用的生物材料又是实验成败的关键所在。实验材料的选择必须具备实验效果好,容易获得,成本低,符合当时的季节特点,还要注意实验材料的安全性。
