| 摘 要： | 随着数字化时代的到来,高校学报的数字化也已经成为时代发展的必需。高校学报的数字化出版,应更多地借助与利用网络技术、通信技术、流媒体技术、计算机技术等前沿高新科技。高校学报数字化的形成与实现,是一个长期动态的过程,建立起依托于学报网站的采编管理协作系统平台在这一过程中所起的作用十分明显。

| Abstract: | With the coming of digital age,digitization of university journal has become necessary.Digital publishing of university journal should be use of computer technology,communication technology,network technology,and streaming media technology. The formation and realization of university journal,is a long-term and dynamic process,in the process the role is very clear that establish an editing management collaboration system platform relies on the journal website. |
