英语课外学习与实践活动的管理探究

本文依据语言习得、外语教学和管理学理论,分析探讨了英语课外学习和实践活动管理的理论基础,提出了英语课外学习与实践管理的原则,即以学生为中心的原则和监督评价的原则,并进一步探究了其组织模式———学生、教师和管理者三位一体的模式;提出评价要以形成性方式为主,可采用多种工具;在管理活动中,通过对自身的反思、调整,可对课外学习实践的管理进行创新。

On the Management of Out-of-class English Learning Activities

This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the management of out-of-class English learning activities in terms of theories in linguistics,foreign language teaching and management.Principles of the management are proposed.And the future research is on the organization and evaluation of out-of-class English learning activities.
