中国台湾技术院校生涯辅导及其启示

随着经济社会的快速变迁,开展生涯辅导工作的重要性日益凸显,本文主要是试图从对台湾技术校院生涯辅导工作开展的现状和学生的生涯发展两个方面的介绍,从中得出对我国开展生涯辅导工作的启示:建立生涯辅导现念;建立终生性生涯辅导体系,注重个性化的生涯辅导;增加专业辅导人员编制,制定生涯辅导人员的任用制度;加强与企事业单位及校外就业辅导单位的联系.

The Profession Supervision in Taiwan's Technical School and the Enlightenment

As the economic society develops fast,the importance of the profession supervision has been found gradually,the thesis mainly attempts to introduce the present situation of profession supervision in Taiwan and students'career development,and it obtains the enlightenment to our country in this field:to establish the notion of profession supervision;to establish the life-long profession supervision system,to put emphasis on personalized profession supervision;to increase the specialized personnels,to for- mulate the employment system;to enhance the relation with the business and enterprise unit and extracurricular employment supervision units.
