| Abstract: | ＂ Library Service Declaration＂ is currently a hot topic discussed, this paper, according to the author＇s work practice, analyzes deeply the guidance of Declaration and its impact on daily work, and proposes that we should change service concept, should be the reader first, the service first, should open to society in general, offer equal services, adhere to the basic principle of people - oriented, emphasizing the important role of the human spirit in the library. |
