顶板瓦斯巷在145采面（二采3#层俯二采煤面）的应用

城子河矿立井145综采队现回采3#层俯采二面,该面属高瓦斯工作面,在回采过程中最高瓦斯涌出量达49.5m3/min。在回采一面时采用了尾排巷排放瓦斯及上巷风排方法治理瓦斯,这种方法配风量大,上转角及回风巷经常超限;在回采二面时采用了顶板瓦斯巷排放瓦斯,经过实践,证明这种方法是可行的、安全的、合理的,经济效果显著。

The Application of the Roof Gas Tunnel on No. 145 Coal Face

No.145 coal cutting crew in Lijing Mine of Chengzihe District have been extracting the No.3 coal seam on the second coal face,which is a deep gas coal face and the maximum the volume of gushing out is up to 49.5m~3/min.When on Stope One,they adopt the methods that the back exhaust tunnels discharge the gas and the above tunnels harness the gas.In the use of this method,the volume of exhaust is high and the above corner and the exhaust tunnel is always out of limitation.When on Stope Two,they adopt the method that the roof gas tunnels exhaust the gas.In practice,this method has been proved to be available,safe,reasonable and very economic.
