青少年乒乓球业余运动员的核心力量训练

摘    要:文章认为乒乓球运动的核心力量训练应针对核心区的力量耐力和神经肌肉协调控制能力,同时加强上下肢关节的稳定性;加强核心力量训练对乒乓球运动中身体姿势的控制、动作技术的运用和发挥及提高有着重要的支持和稳定作用。

Abstract:According to the study, when doing the training of the core strength, the endurance strength of waist and abdomen, the neuromuscular control of waist and abdominal muscles, and the stability and explosiveness of the shoulders should be focused primarily on. And it plays an important stable and supporting role to strengthen the training of the core strength, for when doing this training, the power in the movement of table tennis will be transmitted, the body posture will be controlled, the motor skills will be raised, and the competitiveness will be improved.
