| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会构建是一项重大的社会系统工程,科技创新是其重要因素与核心子系统,科技创新与和谐社会构建之间存在一种层次协同作用。我国科技创新存在原始创新不足等问题,科技创新的创造性要求创新从集成转向原始;过程性要求对科技工作者进行科学精神和技术伦理的教育;整体性要求培育有利于创新的文化环境与奖励机制。

| Abstract: | The socialist harmonious society construction is a significant systemic task,in which scientific innovation is an important factor and a core subsystem.Scientific innovation and the harmonious society construction co-evolve at different levels.China＇s scientific innovation lacks primitive innovation.The creativity of scientific innovation requires transition from integrative innovation to primitive innovation and livelihood innovation;the process characteristic requires corresponding ethical education to individual scientists and engineers;the wholeness and unity requires cultivating suitable cultural environment and rewarding mechanism at the higher and broader social level. |
