人力资源生态与人力资源投资风险规避

摘    要:在知识、人才成为各种组织发展最重要资源,组织对人才争夺越来越激烈的今天,人力资源投资之高风险,已成为组织对人力资源投资决策之难题。通过分析人力资源生态,认为人力资源投资风险,主要来源于组织体制缺陷所形成的机会主义行为,风险规避应从解决组织体制缺陷入手。

Abstract:In a world full of fierce competition,knowledge and talents have become the most important resources for the development of organizations.The high risks of talents investment are the difficult problems facing the talents investment of the organizations.The paper studies the human resources ecology and holds that the high risks of talents investment are rooted in opportunism behaviors resultind from organization system limitation.The elusion of the risks should begin from the limitation of organization system.
