| Abstract: | To lead is to enable people to achieve their common goals,leadership is a basic competence necessary for a citizen.Therefore,various leadership development programs have been designed in US institutions of higher learning to enhance students' leadership through leader courses and service learning.These programs have played a positive role in student' civic and moral development. |
