| 摘 要： | 各级教研活动以提高教师业务水平和教育教学能力为目的，已成为各级各类学校的常态活动。然而，由于一些主客观因素，有些教研活动缺乏应有的实效性，影响了教师参与的积极性。针对这种现象，笔者提出了几点提高教研活动实效性的建议。

| Abstract: | The goal of teaching and research activities is to further teacher＇s teaching and education abilities, which has been common practice in schools of all kinds. Yet for some reasons some teaching and research activities are not as effective as expected, which has a poor effect on teacher＇s enthusiasm about participation. Therefore, this essay suggests some corresponding measures to solve the issue. |
