| 摘 要： | 现代社会是学习型的社会，是终身学习型的社会，如何更好地促进人们的学习是一个极其重要的问题。学习共同体的兴起正是应对这一问题而产生的。本文意在通过探讨“学习共同体”概念的缘起与发展以及学习共同体所蕴含的教育特性。使教师了解时下教育视域中学习共同体的最新理念。进而将其运用于自身的教学实践，促进学习者的高效学习。
