| Abstract: | Term of bidding notary execution certificate refers to the period when the debtor does not perform or unsuitably perform the obligations set by notary obligatory right document of compulsory execution effect, the creditor bides for execution certificate from notary office. The author has, based on a case, studied the provision on suspension and interruption of action limitation in execution term from legislative original intention, uniformity of legal application and establishing multi--element dispute resolving system, with a purpose to help deal with puzzles in notary affairs. |
