| 摘 要： | 中国的社会改革正在积极稳妥地向前推进,它给我国的发展带来了巨大的活力,也带来了各种复杂的矛盾和问题,因此构建社会主义和谐社会已成为我国新时期的新目标。然而构建和谐社会的必要条件就是实现公平正义。结合我国法治之现状,对通过法治建设深化公平正义的价值观进行探讨,希冀对我国构建和谐社会有所裨益。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, Chinese social reform is prompting to advance actively and reliably. This kind of social reform brings us not only immense energies, but also different conflicts and problems. Therefore, the construction of socialism harmonious society is becoming a new target of our country in the new period. While the necessary conditions of the construction of harmonious society are to realize the equity and justice. Thereby, in accordance with the present circumstances of legislation, the author discusses on strengthening the value of equity and justice by the construction of legislation, and hope it shall be helpful for the construction of harmonious society. |
