侵犯商业秘密行为的救济及其立法完善

随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展壮大,侵犯商业秘密的行为渐渐进入法律规制的大众视角,备受人们的关注。但目前对于侵犯商业秘密行为的法律规制也有着一定的局限性,对于立法完善的道路也是任重而道远。本文从侵犯商业秘密的救济措施出发,浅谈一些有关保护商业秘密的立法构思。
