| Abstract: | Opening education and ally-training are the necessity for the modern higher education, which acclimate the objective request for which the development of science and technology calls the teaching reform and are the necessity to advance the military academy's modern teaching and improve the training quality. It has to exert the Collaboration Center's effect, strengthen the harmony function and cooperation mechanism to enhance the regional ally-teaching. Establish our army's regional ally-teaching system to acclimate the request for which the military-struggle prepare calls the high-quality military men. |
