| 摘 要： | 贫困地区的体育教育现状必须改变，为此，首先要抓好教师队伍建设，提高教师的思想素质，认识水平，专业能力，特别是吸收新信息和更新知识的能力，其次要抓好体育教学实践，根据贫困地区的特点因材施教、因时施教、因地施教，从而落实并强化贫困地区的体育素质教育。

| Abstract: | The present situation of physical education must be changed in poor areas. First, we pay special attention to the teachers at company level, enhance their ideological quality, level of understanding and professional ability, especially the ability of absorbing new information and renewing knowledge. Second, we must stress the teaching practice of physical education, and teach students in accordance with their aptitude, time and area according to the characteristics in poor areas. Only thus can we implement and strengthen the quality education in physical education. |
