| 摘 要： | 我国农民绿色证书教育是现阶段最为有效的农民职业技术教育,历经14年,已经培训农民1600万。有800万人获得绿色证书,为促进农村劳动力素质的提高作出了卓越贡献。绿色证书教育中师资队伍建设始终是难点和焦点问题,为解决这一问题,本从不同的视角着重对理论和实践中的问题进行了研究和探讨,提出了思路和对策。

| Abstract: | The peasant green certificate education is the most effective peasant vo-technical education in our country.It has trained 16 000 000 peasants of whom a half gained the green certificate in fourteen years. It makes outsanding constribution to enhance the quality of rural labour fource.The construction of teachers is always the point of difficulty and focus.The article inquires into the problems in theory and practice from different visual angles and puts forward train of thought and countermeasures of setting it. |
