Constructing a Protocol for the Copyright of Digital Works in the Network Through an Enhanced Creative Common License

First of all, from the perspective of the construction of technology protocol, the paper briefly introduces the current popular digital copyright license--Creative Common License (CCL). And then, the paper puts forward a new protocol paradigm--Creative Common File Extension (CCFE) based on improving and enhancing the original CCL, which aims to rectify the defects and problems existing in the present CCL and further optimize its framework. In the end, the paper explains how to construct an online digital library and how to use search engines to collect and obtain digital contents on the Internet within copyright guidelines by using this new protocol paradigm.
