| 摘 要： | 21世纪政治、经济、文化、科技全球化的发展,使就业市场在人才需求上发生了很多的变化,同时对我国高校外语专业的人才培养提出了更高的要求。文章以《中国外语人才网》为切入点,通过对其中"最新职位"一栏中一组数据进行解读,分析了目前就业市场对我国高校外语专业人才在知识、能力与素质方面需求的新动向,并在此基础上对我国新时期高校外语专业教育在人才培养目标、培养模式和课程设置等方面的及时调整和完善提出了建议。
