| 摘 要： | 本文主要介绍了人禽流感H5N1病毒的发生概况及其分子致病性机理，探讨了禽流感H5N1病毒跨越种属屏障的可能途径感以及今后研究的方向，为进一步研究H5N1病毒对哺乳动物致病机理打下了基础。

| Abstract: | Avian influenza is a contagious disease of birds in worldwide, which can be great devastating for poultry industry. However, because the avian influenza A H5N1 virus directly infects human being and cause death, the H5N1 virus becomes a strong threat on human health. In this study, we introduce the human H5N1 disease, the molecular bases of high pathogenesis human H5N1 viruses, and discuss the mechanism of overcoming the species barrier and the aspect for further research. |
