我国师范高等专科学校教师队伍建设:现状与思考

摘    要:我国师范高等专科学校教师队伍建设取得的成就是显著的,同时也存在不容忽视的问题,主要表现为:教育经费投入严重不足;教师数量不能满足我国基础教育改革和发展的需要;教师队伍结构不合理;优秀人才流失严重;教师素质尚需提高。今后应采取得力措施,进一步加强教师队伍建设:加大对师范高等专科学校的经费投入;多渠道补充师专师资;调整教师队伍结构。优化资源配置;深化以人事制度改革为核心的学校内部管理体制改革;提高教师综合素质。

Abstract:The achievement in building teaching body is remarkable. However, there exist problems that can't be ignored.The major problems are as follows. Education funds are seriously insufficient. Teacher's quantity can not meet the needs of educational reform and development. The structure of teaching body is unreasonable. Excellent teachers drain seriously. Teacher's quality still needs to be improved,etc. Therefore,we must take the reliable measures to strengthen teachers' structure, to increase the investment, to fill up teaching body to full strength through many channels, to adjust the structure of teaching body, to optimize resource distribution,to deepen the reform of inside management based on the reform of personnel system,and to improve teachers' quality in an all-round way.
