酶标记大豆甙元的制备和鉴定

摘    要:本文报道丹贝中生物活性物质大豆甙元同辣根过氧化物酶偶联及其酶活性、免疫活性和光谱分析鉴定。大豆甙元—辣根过氧化物酶标记物中两者摩尔比11:1,标记物工作浓度50ng/ml,3.5ng/ml大豆甙元能与氧化酶标记物发生50%左右竞争。

Abstract:The paper reported the daizein labeled with horseradish peroridase and theappraisement of the enzyme active, immunological active and the chromatography aralyses on theencyme label daizein. The mole ratio was 11: 1 between the daidain and the horseradishperoxidase in the enzyme label daidzein, the working concentration of the enzyme label substancewas 50ng/ml, 3. 5ng/ml daidzein showed about 50% competitive reaction with the enzyme labelsubstance.
