| 摘 要： | 中国城乡失衡的区域差异必然决定了缩小城乡差距、实现城乡全面协调发展的艰巨性和长期性.基于中国城乡失衡的区域差异分析和城乡协调发展的本质,选取一组衡量区域城乡协调发展的评价指标,应用主成分分析法和聚类分析法,构建了区域城乡协调发展度的评价模型.并以双重滞后型城乡关系的典型区域--甘肃省为例运用此模型,对该区域的城乡协调度作了实证分析和初步评价.
