试论社会组织发展的启示与思考——以浙江省湖州市为例

随着改革开放的深入发展,社会组织的影响日益扩大,在构建和谐社会的进程中扮演着越来越重要的角色.从改革开放三十年的历程来看.影响社会组织发展的主要宏观因素是政府调控、社会与市场需求、公民意识等,这些方面综合作用,决定着社会组织的发展.处理好政府与社会组织的关系是推动社会组织发展的核心问题;应该从加快政府职能转变、加大对社会组织的扶持力度、有针对性地规划培育、加强社会组织能力建设等方面推动社会组织有序发展.
