适合成人的教学组织形式探析

19世纪末、20世纪初以来,普通教育教学研究者们对儿童教学组织形式进行了多种探索和改革实验,这些探索和改革虽然大都没有取得预期的效果,但对我们今天探讨成人教学组织形式的多样化具有借鉴意义。因此,对这些教学组织形式加以分析、探究对成人教学具有一定的推动作用。

The Organization Form Suitable for Adult Teaching

The researchers of general education and teaching have taken many explorations and reform experiments since the end of 19th century and the beginning of 20th century. Although most of these explorations and experiments didn't achieve the expected result, they can still help us to explore the diversification of the organization form of adult teaching. This article analyzes the organization form of these teaching and probes the applicability for adult teaching.
