| 摘 要： | 《中国学术期刊（光盘版）检索与评价数据规范》自1999年1月颁布实施以来，得到国内学术期刊，尤其是各大学学报及专业期刊的广泛响应。学术期刊规范化对期刊质量全面提高起到了积极的促进作用，同时在实际工作中，也遇到一些具体问题，引发了一些争论。
