| Abstract: | As a long project of our country's education development,independent college has gone through normative development for more than two years,however,there are many independent colleges fall short of the requirement currently.The main embodiment is short of independence,which is restricting independent college's persistent and healthy development directly,and must be resolved as quickly as possible. |
