| Abstract: | Group construction of university's counselor must under the guidance of the view of scientific development.According to the rules of comprehensiveness,coordinateness and continual development,we should explore the internal rules of the group construction of university's counselor actively,and create new principles of group construction of university's counselor,and furthermore develop new ways to promote the communication of university's counselor. |
