| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育的高校体育应是根据受教育者已有水平和可能发展的潜力,注重发展,强调内化的教育,尽一切可能增强学生的体育意识,顺应、激发和保护学生的体育兴趣,巩固和提高体育教学效果,培养学生体育锻炼的习惯,使全体学生都得到充分发展并受益终生.
