| 摘 要： | 情感因素对外语教学具有重大的影响,焦虑情绪对语言学习过程的阻碍作用不容小觑。根据成人学生的特殊性,从外部、内部两个层面分析了成人学生在英语学习过程中产生焦虑的原因,并从五个方面提出了相应的规避策略。

| Abstract: | Affeetive factors make a notable and vital impact on foreign language teaching. It should not be overlooked that anxiety hinders language learning in learning process. This paper, based on the special nature of adult students, analyzes the causes of anxiety in adults＇ English learning from two aspects and proposes five strategies to the problems. |
