高职教育“以就业为导向”人才培养模式创新浅论

"以就业为导向",就是要求高职院校在培养毕业生的过程中坚持以"满足社会需求"为出发点,根据岗位需要进行人才培养模式设置,使毕业生不仅能及时就业,而且具有一定的社会适应性。其特点不在于以学科化系统知识的传授为主,而是以就业为导向,以综合职业能力培养为本位,使培养的学生质量与市场需求紧密联系,与就业岗位密切关联,适应经济社会发展对人才的需要。培养高素质技能型专门人才的高职教育,必须适时对人才培养模式进行改革创新,坚持以高职教育培养目标为创新起点,以社会市场需求为创新目标,以就业率评价指标体系为创新标准,以工学结合、校企合作为创新之路。
