| Abstract: | The importance of strengthening undergraduates＇ innovational training of science and technology at higher engineering institutes is showed, research and practice of improving their innovational ability of science and technology are illustrated based in engineering training and innovational movements of science and technology, and some thoughts of improving their innovational spirit and ability are suggested. |
