| 摘 要： | 针对有效控制竞争情报系统开发的质量问题，从反馈机制的角度深入阐述竞争情报评估系统，并以知识创新为支撑点，进行知识创新与竞争情报评估系统的融合分析。借鉴CMM理论，得出规范化开发该系统的成熟度模型：稳定反馈期成熟度模型，以期达到灵活控制与调节竞争情报评估系统开发过程的目的，进而去优化整个竞争情报系统的效能。

| Abstract: | For effectively controling the quality about competitive intelligence system development, from the perspective of feedback mechanism, propose and elaborate competitive intelligence assessment system. Probe deeply into the integration between knowledge innovation and the assessment system as the support points of knowledge innovation. Based on CMM, then form the normalization product-stable-feedback maturity model, and flexibly control and regulate the development process of competitive intelligence evaluation system, further, optimize the performance of the competitive intelligence system. |
