| 摘 要： | 专业孵化器是孵化器发展到一定阶段的必然产物，是孵化器提升专业服务能力、加强企业化运作、实现跨越式发展的新兴模式。本文通过收集整理美国、以色列比较有特色的建设专业孵化器相关举措与经验，对北京、上海、宁波等城市专业孵化器的实地调研，就如何提升宁波软件园专业孵化器建设水平提出相关政策建议。

| Abstract: | Professional incubator is an inevitable outcome of the incubator development at a certain stage. It is the emerging model of strengthening the professional services, promoting the enterprise operation and realizing a huge leap forward. The paper aims to put up with policy suggestions related to how to enhance the construction of Ningbo Software Park’s professional incubators, by means of the collecting and sorting corresponding measures and experience of some special construction from America and Israel, as well as on-the-spot investigation on the professional incubator of such cities as Beijing, Shanghai and Ningbo. |
