| 摘 要： | 建设和谐社会是国策，我们正在感受着这种建设带给我们的诸多好处。然而，在和谐社会建设中，不可避免地出现一些不和谐的因素，农村群体性突发事件的发生，就是一个不协调的音符。本文主要分析当前农村群体性突发事件的时代特征，然后又针对性地提出可操作的处理方案，希望通过一系列策略的提出，让和谐社会的建设更加美好，尽量减少农村群体性突发事件的发生。

| Abstract: | The construction of a harmonious society is a national policy,we are feeling the construction brings us many benefits.However, in the construction of a harmonious society, inevitably appeared some disharmonious factors, rural mass incidents is a discordant note. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of The Times the current rural mass incidents, and then puts forward operable treatment scheme, It hopes that through a series of strategies are put forward, make the construction of harmonious society better, as far as possible to reduce the rural mass incidents from happening. |
