当前中国少数民族发展的三大新趋势论析

在中共十八大提出的“五位一体”社会建设的战略中，少数民族地区与中国整个社会的系统化融合是这一战略的重要维度。少数民族作为具有自我政治、经济与文化特质的群体，其发展态势影响族群之间的关系，同时也影响一个主权国家内部社会发展的系统性与均衡性。如果其中的关系处理不当，必然在多维度上诱发民族问题的产生，这当然也隐喻着未来民族发展的最新趋势与新的发展样态，主要表现在政治认同降低与民族认同增强、民族地区社会自主性加强和跨界民族及其整合能力加强等方面，这理应成为国家民族政策制度必须首先明确的基础性问题。

Analysis on the Three New Trends of the Current Chinese Ethnic Minority Development

The “five-in-one” social construction strategy was put forward by the eighteen National Congress of the CPC, the systematic integration of the minority area and the whole Chinese society is an important dimension of this strategy. As a self- political, economic and cultural characteristics of the minority, the development trend is not only affecting the relationship between ethnic groups, but also influencing systemic and equilibrium of the social development within the sovereignstate. If one mishandling these relationships, it will induce the ethnic problems in multi-dimensional perspectives, of course, it is can not be separated into the latest trends of the national development and shew some new trends ,such as political identity reducement and national identity enhancement; social autonomy strengthen in minority areas; integration ability strengthen of cross-border ethnicity. These basic problems must be considered before the making national policy systems.
