| 摘 要： | 当前，随着以人为核心的新型城镇化提出，作为未来非农转移主题的农民工的职业化问题引起广泛关注。新型城镇化关键是提高城镇化质量，就是要解决非农转移人口的就业岗位还有就业质量问题，也就是农民工的职业化问题。本文对农民工职业化内涵进行界定，从政府、企业、农民工三个维度梳理了农民工职业化存在的问题并提出了农民工职业化的路径。

| Abstract: | At present, with the human centric model of urbanization, as the occupation of the future of nonagricultural transfer subject of migrant workers has aroused widespread concern. Urbanization is the key to improving the quality of urbanization, non-agricultural population transfer is to solve the employment and quality of employment, occupation is the problem of migrant workers. The migrant workers occupation of definition, from the government, enterprises, migrant workers three dimensions are migrant workers combing the occupation of problems and puts forward the path of migrant workers occupation. |
